Privacy Policy.

How we collect, use and protect your personal data. In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Lampo Inspire [note: complete with full legal name, registration number and seat before publishing], based in Osijek, Croatia. For any questions related to the processing of your personal data, contact us at miran@lampo-inspire.com.

2. What data we collect

Through our contact form you voluntarily share with us:

  • Full name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Company / brand name (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Services you're interested in (optional)
  • Approximate monthly budget (optional)
  • A free-text description of your project or enquiry (required)

While using the site, your browser sends standard technical data to the server (IP address, browser type, referring URL) used by our hosting provider for content delivery and basic security logging.

We also use the browser's sessionStorage solely to remember UI state (e.g. that the intro animation has already been shown). This data contains no personal information and is cleared as soon as you close the browser.

3. Purposes of processing

We process your personal data exclusively for:

  • Responding to your enquiry
  • Preparing and sending an offer tailored to your needs
  • Scheduling a call or meeting

We do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary for the above (see section 5).

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Your explicit consent given when submitting the contact form — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR
  • Our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

5. Recipients of the data

To receive, securely deliver and temporarily store contact form submissions we use the service of Formspree, Inc. (USA), acting as a data processor on our instructions. Formspree processes the data in line with their own privacy policy available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or by a competent authority.

6. Retention period

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and possibly prepare an offer, and at most 24 months from the last contact. After that, the data is permanently deleted, except where a longer retention is legally required (e.g. issued invoices for tax purposes).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — confirmation that we process your data and a copy of it
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability in a machine-readable format
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at miran@lampo-inspire.com. We will respond within the legal limit of 30 days.

If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

8. Data security

We transmit your data exclusively over encrypted (HTTPS / TLS) connections. Only authorized personnel within Lampo Inspire have access, and they are bound to confidentiality. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

9. Cookies and tracking

We currently do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. We only use sessionStorage to remember UI state (see section 2).

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will request your explicit consent via a cookie banner before activation.

10. Minors

Our services are intended for business users and individuals over 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it permanently.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page along with the date of revision. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
